Bias Nail Hole Repairs

TECH recommends our Multi-Purpose (MP) repairs for bias nail hole repairs.  MP repairs are produced with unique cross-weave reinforcement and thick chemical cushion gum that provides excellent performance in both radial and bias tires. MP repairs must be used to repair crown area punctures in conjunction with the appropriate Uni-Seal Ultra Stem as a 2-piece repair.

Bias Skidder Repairs

TECH Bias Skidder (SK) Repairs are specially designed for forestry application tires. SK repairs utilize a wide platform reinforcement package with OTR tire cord for maximum strength. TECH produces these repairs with Thermacure soft cushion gum for hot or cold vulcanization.

For best results use with 775 Heavy Duty Blue Cement for chemical or heat cure, or 1082 TEMVULC black cement in heat cure applications.Don’t see what you need?

Large Bias Repairs

TECH’s Bias Ply (BP) tire repairs can be used on tubeless or tube-type tires. Produced with soft gray cushion gum, BP repairs provide excellent adhesion when used with TECH 760 Chemical Vulcanizing Fluid or 775 Heavy Duty Blue Cement.

These repairs are designed to restore the strength and flexibility to bias passenger, truck, farm tractor, skidder and small OTR tires.  BP repairs are manufactured with a ply of rubber between the fabric and cushion gum which acts as a float or shock absorbing ply. These repairs are also designed to have excellent air retention when used in tubeless tires.

Items 621-627 are Bias Ply Tractor (BPT) repairs designed with a wide ply reinforcement package that provides strength and flexibility over large injuries in bias agricultural and forestry tires.

Medium Bias Repairs
