North American Distribution

As awareness of the Tech brand builds and its reputation for product quality increases, so do the demands of our market. To meet these demands, Tech has established a North American sales network of some 500 plus distributors who reach into every state in the U.S. and into every province in Canada.

Each Tech distributor is "an independent contractor" who is awarded an authorized territory in which to sell.

Our distributors typically operate out of vans and make regular, on-going sales calls... providing needed tire repair products to an array of end users including fleets, retreaders, retail and commercial tire dealers, municipalities, etc.

Beyond providing unequaled customer support and service, each Tech distributor is a trained tire repair expert, able to provide our North American customers with proper levels of complete tire repair training including tire repair accreditation.

This training can include curriculum such as tire nomenclature, repairing to industry standards, hands-on training and even written testing. This training is provided at no charge to our customers by our distributor network.

These value added services provided by our North American distribution network combined with the excellent quality of our products have resulted in Tech achieving strong growth and market share gains in North America each year and have contributed materially to Tech maintaining and enhancing its position as the largest producer of tire repairs in North America.

International Distribution

In 1998 Tech merged with the Aromet Group Ltd., Lisburn, Northern Ireland to form EuroTech BVBA. This additional base of manufacturing has combined with Tech's already existing Tech Europe distribution center in Turnhout, Belgium.

This merger, combined with Tech's multi-million dollar investment program, provides EuroTech with state-of-the-art manufacturing and laboratory facilities. Tech products sold in Europe will be supplied from EuroTech's production facility. This expanded presence will assure Tech a more competitive position in Europe in the years to come.

Tech has previously established distribution centers in Japan, China, Belgium, Colombia and Puerto Rico. Tech currently operates fully-equipped training centers and distribution warehousing in Tech Europe BV, Turnhout, Belgium; Nippon Tech, Tokyo, Japan; Tech International (Shanghai) Co., LTD., Shanghai, China; Tech Rubber(China) Co., Ltd., Beijing, China; Tech Rubber(China) Co., Ltd., Wuhan, Hubei Province, China; Tech Latin America, Bogota, Colombia & San Juan, Puerto Rico.

With this international network of distribution centers, complemented by our distributors (and their stocking warehouses), Tech is able to provide on-time deliveries of Tech's high-performance tire repairs and products to the industry. Clearly, Tech is well-positioned to meet the challenges of the tire repair industry long into the next millenium.
